1. Just got hold of a 2KXL and it looks like it uses a similar rated power supply as the 1K. That means it is technically possible to make the 2KXL portable as well. I’d have to do some tests and see how much power it actually consumes to get an estimated battery run-time. I’m estimating power consumption will be much more given its older circuitry. Regardless, you will be seeing a portable 2KXL very soon!

2. I contracted a professional electronic engineer to assist with my current circuit and make some improvements. We’ll see how things go, but I can be seeing some prototype circuit boards manufactured really soon.
